Levels of Supervision:
Level One - The visitation monitor is in the room at all times observing and documenting the interactions
between the child(ren) and visiting party.
Level Two - The visitation monitor observes the visit every ten minutes and documents the interaction he/she
observes.
Level Three - The visitation monitor observes the visit every thirty minutes and documents the interaction he/she
obeserves.
Level Four - The visit takes place at the center, but without monitoring.
The level of supervision is usually determined by the court or referral source.
