Joyful Connections is a
Supervised Exchange and Visitation Center
for children and their parents.

It is located at
8200 West State Route 163,
Oak Harbor, in Ottawa County, Ohio
and is a non-profit and publicly
supported organization.

Joyful Connections provides a child focused,
healthy, safe and homelike environment
where children can interact
with family members
in a non-judgmental setting.

Every year, thousands of children
enter the court system
for various reasons; and, as a
result, many of these children are
separated from one or both parents.
Supervised parent-child visitations
are critical to the process of
bringing parents and their children
back together.

The need for supervised visitations
or exchanges may be due to issues
related to divorce or separation,
domestic violence, protection orders,
threats of child abuse, or safety
concerns where a neutral
setting would increase a family's
level of comfort and safety.
